Founder/Pastor (Bishop JoAnn McCrary)

Evangelist Jo-Ann McCrary affectionately known as Lady Jay was born in Norfolk, Virginia, raised in Newark, New Jersey. Lady Jay attended Newark, a public school and high school, furthering her education by completing her Associate's Degree in Business attained at the Essex County College in Newark, New Jersey. She’s a retired Support Coordinator for the Intellectually Disabled with the Eastern Shore Community Service Board of Virginia. While in pursuit of her secular career, she was encouraged to further her education in the ministry. Therefore, completing her studies and acquiring a bachelor’s degree in biblical studies, from the North Carolina School of Theology.

Lady Jay has served in various areas in the ministry, such as the Usher Board, an Associate minister for 17 years, choir director, Praise & and Worship leader, Church Secretary, Finance Trustee, Sunday School teacher, and president of the Women's Department just to name a few. Lady Jay is currently in her 12th year of accepting the call to Pastor the RESTORATION OUTREACH HEALING MINISTRY (ROHM) located in Onancock, Virginia. 

She is the mother of 3 children, Tyron, Sjockiea & Ennis and has been blessed with 6 grandchildren, Tylek, Nevaeh, Zion, Carter, Ennisa and Justice. One great granddaughter A’Saya McCrary. Lady Jay will tell you that one of the most important things that you should know about her is “She will bless the Lord at all times: and His praise shall continually be in her mouth. She also believes that God loves us just the way we are but loves us too much to let us stay that way!!
